Light & Secure Deposit Payment Terms

  • Official Price Deduction: This deposit value of IDR 1,000,000 will be directly calculated as part of the vehicle payment when the purchase transaction is finalized through the designated Authorized VinFast Dealer.
  • Secure Payment: The deposit payment must be made through the payment gateway or official escrow account designated by VinFast Indonesia to guarantee the security of your transaction.
  • Deposit Nature & Transferability: The booking deposit is non-refundable. However, you can transfer it to another individual or legal entity based on an official request, following a verification and approval process by VinFast Indonesia.

Who Can Participate?

This program is widely open to all individual customers in Indonesia who meet the following simple criteria:

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Fill in valid personal data and contact information at the time of registration.
  • Make the deposit payment through VinFast Indonesia’s official payment channels.

Each booking transaction is valid for 1 unit of vehicle with 1 identity & 1 valid contact number. You are allowed to perform booking transactions more than once in accordance with the program terms.

Transparent Flow Towards Unit Handover

We ensure that every stage of your booking process is transparent, organized, and reliable:

1. Registration & Deposit: Customers fill in valid personal data and deposit IDR 1,000,000 through official channels.

2. Instant Confirmation: An official confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment is successfully received and verified. Make sure your email and phone number are always active!

3. Authorized Dealer Assignment: VinFast Indonesia will forward your data and allocate the booking to the nearest Authorized VinFast Dealer or designated dealer.

4. Follow-up & Settlement: The designated dealer will contact you directly to confirm the order, process the final payment settlement, and arrange the unit delivery. Ensure that the final settlement account number is in the name of the Authorized Dealer, and not in the name of an individual.

5. Delivery Estimation: Vehicle availability depends on production plans and stock allocation. Estimated unit availability starts in July 2026, where the handover time may vary depending on the model and your delivery location.
